Brian Parker, Indiana ’93-Life

Brian, a graduate of the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, was initiated into the Beta Gamma chapter in 1993. After a short time in the commercial banking industry, he joined the professional staff of AKPsi in June 1997. Brian started as an expansion coordinator before being promoted to the director of member services position in spring 1998. In February 2001, he accepted the position of senior director of finance & expansion. Brian currently serves on the alumni corp. board of directors for the Beta Gamma Chapter. Brian is originally from Fort Wayne, Ind., and enjoys watching IU basketball and spending time outdoors. He is an avid NASCAR fan and also enjoys spending time with his two cats and camping. Brian received the Silver Distinguished Service Award at the 2007 convention.

Kim Olesker

Executive Director of the Alpha Kappa Psi Foundation

Kim Olesker

As the Foundation’s Executive Director, Kim Olesker is the chief administrative and development officer for the Foundation and is responsible for the daily operations in support of the Foundation’s mission to provide funding for educational programs in support of developing principled business leaders.

Olesker, a graduate of the University of Nebraska of Omaha with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism, started her professional career as a traveling consultant for her collegiate sorority, Alpha Xi Delta.

She has recently come from United Way of Northwest Indiana, where she raised millions of dollars, year over year, in her role as President and CEO. Working with donors, she brought much-needed help to many United Way-funded programs. Olesker brings to Alpha Kappa Psi extensive experience in fundraising, stewardship, and donor relations. She was one of twelve United Way Presidents chosen from more than 1,800 United Way offices worldwide to participate in United Way’s Executive Leadership Development Program, which was taught at Harvard University and Deloitte University, along the way securing her Masters in Nonprofit Public Administration.

Olesker has spent most of her career in non-profits, beginning with Alpha Xi Delta as the sorority’s National Housing Director for more than sixty housed properties, running the National Housing Corporation and interacting with local boards to provide safe and fiscally sound properties. After a stint with American Cancer Society, she moved to United Way of Porter County, where she rose to become President & CEO, a position she served in for seven years.

Jason Pierce

Senior Director of Learning and Development

Jason has oversight of the fraternity’s learning and leadership development initiatives, programming, and resources. In this capacity, he oversees the development of both digital content and in-person curriculum. Jason’s primary responsibility is to connect the fraternity’s education and events with the key practices, behaviors, and skills described in AKPsi’s competency model. Jason is also responsible for creating the individual learning journey and attendee experience for fraternity events. He also oversees meeting/event logistics, volunteer management, and assessment and evaluation.

Professionally, Jason served as the Director of Programs for the Association of Fraternity/Sorority Advisors (AFA) where he was responsible for the AFA Annual Meeting, the Virtual Seminar Series, and the First 90 Days Program. Prior to working at AFA, Jason was employed at The University of Iowa serving as an Assistant Director in the Office of Student Life where his primary responsibility was to serve as the fraternity/sorority advisor. In his role at Iowa, he also partnered with several other UI offices such as Athletic Student Services, Residence Life, Orientation, and Admissions.

Jason is a Certified Association Executive as well as certified in the Student Leadership Challenge. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Ashland University, where he joined Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity. Jason continued his education and earned his master’s degree in education, specializing in higher education administration from the University of Akron.

Liz Buttner

Liz Buttner, Stetson ’11

Liz is charged with telling the story of Alpha Kappa Psi. There’s a story behind every symbol, every change, and most importantly, every Alpha Kappa Psi member, and Liz has the distinct pleasure of helping share those.

Liz’s story with AKPsi started in 2011 when she joined the Theta Mu Chapter at Stetson University. After graduation, she wasn’t sure who she wanted to be when she grew up but she knew that joining the AKPsi Professional Staff was going to help her figure that out sooner or later. From expansion to chapter services to conduct to communication, Liz has enjoyed the journey learning so much more about AKPsi (and herself) than she could’ve ever imagined when she completed her interview process.

Liz’s love for the Greek community extends beyond AKPsi and is noted in her involvement with Zeta Tau Alpha Fraternity. As a proud sister, she spends what free time she has mentoring collegians and serving the local Zeta alumnae community. She also tries to sneak in playtime with her pups, Baylee, Emmy, and Shep, and thoroughly enjoys reading a good book.

Finley Lambouris

Finley Lambouris, Michigan State University ’21 – Life

Finley (Finn) Lambouris graduated from Michigan State University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media and Information with a concentration in Film and Media Production. Additionally, he double minored in Graphic Design and Film Studies. He is an alumni member of the Gamma Mu Chapter of Alpha Kappa Psi Professional Business Fraternity. When Finn isn’t creating media, he’s consuming it. He enjoys playing video games and watching films. He also loves music, and he plays the guitar.

Alec Morand, Loyola Marymount

Alec Morand graduated from Loyola Marymount University in May 2016 with a degree in Urban Studies and minors in Environmental Studies and Political Science. She was initiated into the Psi Epsilon Chapter in Fall 2013 and served as Vice President of Professionalism for 2 years. Alec joined the Professional Staff in June 2016 as the Chapter Educational Resource Coordinator for Area I. She is excited to continue her professional journey with AKPsi as Associate Director of Member Engagement.

Je’nai Lee, University of North Carolina at Greensboro ’21 – Life

Je’nai joined Alpha Kappa Psi in Spring 2019 at the Psi Sigma Chapter. While at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in African America & African Diaspora studies with a double minor in Philosophy and Religious Studies. During her undergraduate career, she served the Psi Sigma Chapter as the Vice President of Corporate Affairs and was a member of the Event Planning Committee.

Je’nai’s previous experience includes administration, human resources, customer service, and working with the Guilford County School system.

In 1923, Alpha Kappa Psi became the first professional fraternity to have a headquarters
facility, and since then, has moved from location to location as the fraternity grew.
