David P. Wendroff CFV, Portland '79-Life (2010)
David was initiated as a freshman into the Gamma Kappa Chapter at the University of Portland in 1979. He joined the Portland Alumni Chapter after graduation and held the offices of President, Vice-President and Treasurer. His enthusiasm for the Fraternity continued by holding several leadership positions in the Northwest Region. These positions included District Director and as the Northwest Regional Director from 1985-1992. After the restructuring of the Fraternity governance in 1995, Dave re-joined the Board of Directors, serving from 1995-2002 and holding the positions of Treasurer and Chairman of the Board (1999-2001). After retiring from the Fraternity Board in 2002, Dave joined the Foundation Board as a Director in 2005. For 18 years Dave was the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for Wadeco, Inc., in Portland, Oregon. Recently he started his own CPA firm in Tigard, Oregon and provides chief financial officer, computer and tax services to a variety of clients. Personally, Dave married Brother Wendy (Noppenberg) Wendroff in 2002. They enjoy volunteering for the fraternity and foundation as well as traveling, watching movies and reading.

Lee Voegler, American '98-Life (2012)
Lee Voegler is a seasoned Project Management Professional (PMP) with more than seven years experience in program analysis and program/project management. He presently oversees 25 information technology-related projects valued with annual revenue of approximately 11 million and a staff of 90+ IT consultants. Technically skilled in creating innovative IT implementation strategies and efficient cost effective operation plans, he has a proven track record with business development, project management, facilitation, process improvement, quality assurance and strategy development.

Vice-Chairman - Fundraising
Stephen Vasquez CFV, Arizona State'72-Life (2011)
Currently, Vice Chairman for fundraising of the Board of Directors of the Alpha Kappa Psi Foundation. Steve is a founding brother of the Iota Xi Chapter at Arizona State University and served as chapter president. He was awarded the DSA – Bronze in 1975, and also served as an officer in the Phoenix Alumni Chapter.
After graduating with his degree in general business administration, he joined Philip Morris USA as a sales representative in Arizona. During the course of a 31 year career, Steve held a variety of sales and marketing positions including Brand Manager, Section Sales Director and Director, National Accounts. In this position, he lead a sales team responsible for the world’s largest retailer Wal Mart. In 2008, he retired from Altria/PMUSA as Director, Customer Service and Sales Compliance.
Beside Alpha Kappa Psi, Steve enjoys serving as a volunteer for Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE), UsTOO (prostate cancer awareness network), Meals on Wheels, and St. Augustine Church. He resides with his wife of 38 years in Richmond, VA. Steve enjoys golf, gourmet cooking and motorhome travel.

Lisa A. Calandriello CFV, American '97-Life (2012)
Lisa A. Calandriello was initiated into the Lambda Nu Chapter at American University in 1997 and graduated in 2000 with a bachelors of science in accountancy. As an undergraduate, Lisa served as treasurer for two one-year terms and on various committees. In 1999, she was awarded Lambda Nu’s Blue & Gold Spirit award for her service and dedication to the chapter. Post graduation, Lisa has served in various volunteer roles including the founding chapter advisor to the Omega Kappa Chapter at Towson University, Northeast regional manager of risk management, Chapter Advisory Board – risk management and finance for Lambda Nu and Omega Kappa, and most recently, colony advisor to the Monmouth University Colony and the new Mideast regional manager of education. In addition to serving in these roles, Lisa has participated as a member of the foundation’s Scholarship Committee and a member of the fraternity’s Retention Task Force. Lisa received her Certified Fraternity Volunteer certification in 2009. Outside of the fraternity, Lisa spent nine years in public accounting in the assurance practices of Arthur Andersen LLP (2000-02) and Deloitte & Touche LLP (2002-09), leaving public accounting as a senior manager after spending time working in McLean, Va. and New York City. Lisa has specialized in financial services, specifically in the banking, securities and finance companies industries. She received her original CPA license in 2002 in the Commonwealth of Virginia and also holds active CPA licenses in the states of Maryland and New York, and the District of Columbia. In 2009, Lisa returned to the D.C. metro area and joined CapitalSource Inc., a publicly traded commercial lender, as its senior manager of SEC reporting. In 2010, Lisa left CapitalSource Inc. and accepted a position with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board as one of the Assistant Chief Auditors in the Professional Standards department.

Paul R. Bailey, Michigan State '88-Life (2010)
Paul R. Bailey, III is a first-time elected Director to the Foundation. He’s absolutely enthusiastic to be giving of his ‘time, treasure & talents’ to the AKPsi ‘family’ and being… "a part of the team at AKPsi that continually strives to advance our Fraternity vision through providing resources that enhance professional and build educational experiences for all our brothers.” An AKPsi since 1988 at Michigan State University, Paul served in a variety of roles including Executive Board and Committee positions. Upon graduating, he continued serving the Fraternity as interim Chapter Advisor and later as EC Regional Marketing Manager. His experience in association business organizations and working for two Fortune 500 firms provides him with added ability to flexibly blend the best of both business & service arenas. This has served him well, in his current pursuits as Managing Partner of a real estate investment & management company and president of the MetroWest Boston Cider Hill Condominium Association; while also serving as a board volunteer to that City’s Community Development Corporation. These roles continue to challenge him while simultaneously bringing him enjoyment due to the fact that both business ventures and service endeavors with Alpha Kappa Psi bring him in contact with numerous interesting and innovative people!

Heather E. AllenCFV, Florida State '89-Life (2011)
Heather has worked for more than 17 years as a human resources professional in a wide variety of positions including change management consulting, HRIS implementation and management, HR operations, and as an HR generalist. Heather is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). She is currently employed by T-Mobile USA as a senior HR manager, where she and her team provide HR leadership and support to an employee base of approximately 1200 product designers and engineers in five key areas: program deployment, strategy, coaching/consulting, culture guardianship, and talent stewardship. She holds her bachelors degree and MBA from Florida State University where she was initiated into the Beta Psi Chapter in 1989. Heather was the first female to serve as chairman of the Fraternity Board of Directors (2003-2004) and in that role, she was instrumental in guiding the creation of AKPsi’s vision, core values and guiding principles. Heather, along with William Koleszar and Bruce Weins, created training programs for Alpha Kappa Psi on recruitment and chapter management (early incarnations of The Road to Brotherhood), and was responsible for the initial development of our current hazing and sexual harassment policies. She currently lives in Seattle with her two German shepherds and (sadly) six cats. She sings with the Seattle Symphony Chorus and serves as a chapter advisor for her sorority (Alpha Gamma Delta) at the University of Washington.

John C. Werner, Virginia'86-Life (2012)
Originally from the east coast, career opportunities and personal interests lead John to the west coast where he works as a manager in Wells Fargo’s Wealth Management Group. John has managed several areas within the Trust Department, and now manages centralized Trust Administration services for both the Philanthropic Services area and the Managed IRA Department. John also involved in several activities within the organization, including chair of the Exceptional Service Award committee, for recognizing "over and above” service within the organization, Founder and Management Sponsor of the local Diversity Committee, and Chair of the Recruiting Committee, which sources and reviews candidates for employment. Outside of work, John stays very active in the community and with athletics. John is currently on the board of the California Aquatic Therapy & Wellness Center, Inc., a warm water aqua-therapy organization for the elderly and handicapped, serving all interested patrons but with a focus on low income residents. John is also a member of the Long Beach Aquatics Association, serving as Membership Development Coordinator board position for 2009. He participates in pool and open water swimming, marathon, cycling, and triathlon events, including the Iron Man competition. John also enjoys traveling and likes to explore international destinations.
